Ash City Appoints Doug Hayes President & CEO

“Doug Hayes brings a wealth of management experience to Ash City, said Hurvitz. “He has an impeccable track record of performance and excellence, and fostering long lasting relationships with both customers and employees with every organization he has led.” Doug Hayes has served as President of the Americas for Crocs, Inc. since January 2009. In this role, Doug was responsible for all operations for North and South America including Crocs’ wholesale and direct to consumer channels. He joined Crocs in September 2008, successfully rebuilding Crocs’ Canadian wholesale and retail businesses as Vice President/Managing Director for Crocs Canada.

Prior to joining Crocs, Doug spent more than 25 years in the sports industry. He held a position as President of National Sports and Senior Vice President of Forzani Group Ltd, the largest national sporting goods retailer in Canada. He also served as President of Callaway Golf Canada and President of adidas-Salomon Canada Limited, where he successfully integrated adidas/Salomon and Taylor Made Golf in Canada.

“As a Canadian, having worked in the USA for the past four years, I have long admired Ash City and the great business that Garry has built on both sides of the border. SAGE ANNOUNCES 2012 SUPPLIER RATING AWARD WINNERS

SAGE presents A and A+ rating awards to 1,401 suppliers based on distributor ratings from SAGE Online and SAGE Mobile.

Addison, TX (October 24, 2012) - SAGE announces its 2012 supplier rating award winners. Each year SAGE presents industry suppliers with A and A+ rating awards based on distributor ratings collected from SAGE Online and SAGE Mobile. For 2012, 820 suppliers received the top ranking of "A+", while another 581 suppliers received the second highest rating of "A". Thirty-five percent of SAGE's suppliers received an award this year, which is up from 22% receiving awards in 2011. As part of the Power of Two partnership the SAGE ratings are also incorporated into the eligibility for the annual PPAI Supplier Star Awards Competition.

David Natinsky, SAGE's President, commented, "We're proud to acknowledge our award-winning suppliers for their outstanding achievements this year. The fact that so many more suppliers received awards this year as compared to last year is a great indicator that our industry continues to move in a positive direction with a strong focus on quality, service, and product safety."

Awards are based solely on the distributor rating system that is part of SAGE Online, the industry's most popular research and business management service, and SAGE Mobile, the industry's first and only full-featured app for product research, supplier information, catalogs, tradeshow planning, order management, payment processing, and more.

Distributors can rate suppliers at any time using SAGE Online, SAGE Mobile, or via a "Rate us now" link provided by the supplier. Distributors can only rate each supplier one time, but may change their ratings at any time. Rating awards are given each year based on the aggregate distributor ratings. Yeung joined Ash City in 2004 and is responsible for a team that manages the Product Line for Ash City. He has a flair and passion for
fashion, with a good eye and excellent taste. His active lifestyle brings a lot of inspiration and validation to how he builds a product that
is fashionable and trendy, yet functional and practical. He has tremendous talent and skill that helps him to translate his concepts into
products with inspired combinations of fabrics, styling and silhouettes.

Richmond Hill, Ontario – August 1, 2012 – Ash City unveiled their innovative new Fall collection at a fashion show held last night at their headquarters in Ontario, Canada.

Debuting seventeen new styles, worn by twenty five poised and enthusiastic Ash City staff models, the event showcased a collection that is bold, dynamic and compelling. Narrowing the gap between retail trends and what’s available in the corporate market, Ash City has set a new standard for innovation and design.

The fashion show began with ALTA 88663/78663, a free spirited fully seam-sealed waterproof 3-in-1 jacket with a UTK (Unique Thermal Komfort) rating of 3, making it perfect for extreme weather.  The runway then took a dynamic turn with EPIC 88662/78662, the insulated, hybrid, bonded fleece. This trendy jacket has an insulated body combined with ultra-soft bonded fleece sleeves and is made for an active lifestyle with fashion in mind.

New York, NY – May 9, 2012Counselor Magazine presents this distinction annually to an individual who has significantly contributed to increasing international business activity and relationships within the corporate promotional products industry. Past honorees, like this year’s recipient Garry Hurvitz, are people who have a strong influence on this industry.

President and Founder of Ash City Worldwide, the promotional corporate apparel company, received the award from Counselor Magazine at their annual awards dinner in New York City.

New York, NY – May 9, 2012 – Counselor Magazine presents this distinction annually to an individual who has significantly contributed to increasing international business activity and relationships within the corporate promotional products industry. Past honorees, like this year’s recipient Garry Hurvitz, are people who have a strong influence on this industry.

Canadian entrepreneur, Garry Hurvitz, Founder and President of Ash City Worldwide started the company
over 35 years ago and has built it into the industry leader it is today. With over 400 styles in distribution, Ash City Worldwide has won numerous awards for style and innovation.
