Ash City Hosts Fashion Show to Showcase Fall 2014 Collection

Richmond Hill, ON – August 25, 2014 – Ash City, now part of the alphabroder family, hosted a Fashion Show for a group of regional customers and media on August 14th at the historic House of Moments building in Toronto, to showcase the latest styles from their recent Fall 2014 collection. Ash City Participates in Successful Community Earth Day Clean-Up

Richmond Hill, ON - April 23, 2014 – Ash City, now part of the alphabroder family, commemorated Earth Day this year by removing waste from the indoor office space and surrounding outdoor community area. The clean-up sessions took place on April 22nd in Richmond Hill, inside and outside of their corporate headquarters, with the goal of collecting as much waste as possible. After the Ash City teams concluded their recycling and garbage collection, bags were weighed to tabulate the results: over 140 pounds of garbage and over 1400 pounds of recycling were gathered by the Ash City teams during the afternoon.

“This was quite a successful initiative for us and we are very pleased with the results from the day’s events,” said Angela Sheridan, Senior Marketing Services Manager, Ash City. “It’s imperative that both our employees and the individuals within the community recognize the damaging effects that an abundance of waste can have on the environment, and as a promotional and corporate apparel company, it is our continued goal to remain active participants in social responsibility within the community.”

Littlejohn & Co. Backed alphabroder Announces Aquisition of Ash City Worldwide.

Acquisition Transforms alphabroder Into Leading North American Seamless-Source Provider Of Promotional Apparel

Richmond Hill, ON – January 9, 2014 - alphabroder, the leading distributor of imprintable sportswear and accessories in the United States, announced today the acquisition of Ash City Worldwide ("Ash City"), one of North America's leading promotional apparel manufacturers and suppliers. The combination of the companies creates North America's leading seamless-source provider of promotional apparel.

alphabroder recently rebranded from its prior name Broder Bros., Co. to unite the company's brands under a single umbrella and create simplified business practices and clear company messaging.

 

The companies will leverage alphabroder's existing national distribution platform and Ash City's market leading brands, sourcing and design capabilities as well as its leading Canadian presence. The combination immediately makes alphabroder the leading North American seamless-source supplier of trade, retail and private label branded apparel, including t-shirts, outerwear, corporate apparel, and fleece to the promotional and corporate apparel industry. alphabroder expects to leverage the broad suite of capabilities within both companies to better service its customers.
