Q: “Can I add other non-Ash City products to my custom website?”
A: “At this time the platform can only display Ash City products but this is a feature we are looking at for down the road”

Q: “When my end user orders on my custom website, will the order go directly to Ash City?”
A: “The order will be transmitted to you, and payment processed through your Paypal account. You will need to place the order through your regular channel with Ash City, ie. e-shop, phone, email, fax.”

Q: “Is there a cost associated with creating a custom website?”
A: “We provide this service to you free of charge.”

Q: “Is there a limit to the number of custom websites I can build?”
A: “You can build unlimited custom websites, and can even clone a custom website if you wish to slightly modify an existing custom website you created.”

Q: “How do I set up a Paypal account?”
A: “You can set up a paypal account by registering on www.paypal.com”

Q: “Can I select to display garments in either generic pricing or catalogue pricing?
A: “Yes, you have both options. As well, you can choose to base your pricing off a specific margin that you want to work off. You can also include additional charges that you want to incorporate, such as freight, art setup, decoration, etc.”

Q: “How do I select specific items to be included in my custom website?”
A: “Under the Products Selection category under the custom website administration menu, you can select the categories/products that you want displayed. All items in the Ash City catalogue are defaulted to be displayed. You can then de-select specific products, or categories, that you want excluded.”

Q: “Will my custom website be automatically update with new product launches?”

A: “Yes, if you have chosen to display all categories, new products will be incorporated into your custom website each product launch.”
